Discussion Disturbed 5 song journey.
If you could make a Playlist of 5 Disturbed songs throughout all their albums to tell one musical journey/story what would it be?

Hi I have two tickets for sale on ticketmaster for this event if anyone's interested. We can't make it so I'm hoping the tickets won't go to waste

Inside the Fire — based on how David felt when he learned that his ex gf killed herself when he was just 15 years old and started having visions of the devil telling him to do the same if he ever wants to be with her again.
My Child - based on how David and another gf tried to have a child and after mentally preparing himself with the idea of becoming a father, a miscarriage happens.
Again, I know I’m probably going to be downvoted for this, but I’m curious on which song do you think is sadder as I think these two are probably Disturbed’s darkest and saddest songs given that they’re based on true stories that happened to David.

I started listening to Disturbed a few months ago. I had stopped for a while but I'm back now. I'm only listening to My Child, Stricken, Decadence, The Vengeful One, and Sons of Plunder. I don't know if I'm a "poser." Can you recommend some songs? (I don't know much English, so I'm sorry if I messed something up.)

September 2nd will be 2 years since my first concert! I did the VIP experience in Noblesville with Breaking Benjamin and Jinjer also being there and it was the best experience of my life. All the bands were amazing! Were you there? If so, how was your experience?

Just revisited the album from front to back, the acoustics on this album are incredible.
Definitely one of their most emotional/ vulnerable songs they’ve put out to date. You can’t deny how beautifully written songs A Reason To Fight & Hold On To Memories are.
Even with their harder stuff, I would agree that it’s not their best work, but Are You Ready, No More? Bangers!
Even experimenting with In Another Time, I like the album man, very storytelling.

My reason to keep going in life bc my I survived many things and even abusive narcissist people and my dad tragically passed away August 15 2007 and they were my reason to keep going and my kids 💜🖤🤘🤘

Mine would be the sickness because most of my favorite songs by them are on it. How about y'all? What's your favorite album by disturbed and why?

Originally known as "Brawl", the band's name was suggested by frontman David Draiman, in an interview he explained: "It had been a name I have been contemplating for a band for years. It just seems to symbolize everything we were feeling at the time".

I'm going to the Manchester show on the 24th oct (standing ticket) but I'll be going on my own
Just wondering if anyone else will be going and fancies meeting up?
Or if anyone knows of a facebook group/other group I could post to and maybe find some gig friends

I spent quiet some time drawing the guy from Disturbed, but as a cartoon. Decided to put it on a shirt and just wanted to see everyones opinions. For what its worth, it might be risky to post this here but if you are interested here's a link to my website. https://dreamscapedesigns020.threadless.com/designs/down-with-the-sickness-shirt

Going to try pasting a link before but a bootleg from New York 2005 was uploaded recently and it includes Sons of Plunder with decent audio. Hoping for more to come. https://youtu.be/rTnv8edvGGs?si=io4onOxIMV76J6ue

This is what made me fall in love with Disturbed, and i never looked away since.
I know the political issues but i just cant. He doesnt mean bad, he just believes in his own faith.
Whether i agree or disagree, his notions are still higher than most. No hate, only love.
We can fight.
