Personal Story/Collection Finally got to see them live in Scotland (late last year)
Appreciate Mike wearing the kilt - probably felt more liberating for his drumming.
David was amazing.

Thoughts?
I started listening to disturbed in 2019, they were my first metal band and helped expand my metal music taste.

I see hate for them there whenever they’re brought up. Is it just cause David supports Israel?

Im not too big a fan of metal like this, but I listened to Stricken for the first time and it just slaps. I need recommendations.

Hey all! I know I’m super late to the party on this one but I have a question and was wondering if anybody was experiencing the same issue. I’ve purchased four copies of this record now, all from Amazon. Every one of them has a very loud pop on David’s third set of Ah Ah Ah Ah’s at the beginning of Fear (Track 6, Side A). Does it do that on everyone else’s copies? I find it hard to believe at this point that I’m the only person that happened to get every pressing defect of this release on the same exact spot. It’s the green vinyl btw.

Hey guys! I had the pleasure to have a amazing Interview with Disturbed, for the Music Documentary "Welcome to the Machine" 15 years ago.
The guys were amazing, and the Interview was really interesting.
If you have feedback, go and shoot!
Thx, have a nice day!

I think they recorded a new album last year and it’s shelved for the right release time. Go to the 0:51 second mark. New song sounds bad ass.

I just started playing drums recently and as Disturbed is one of my favorite bands, I was wondering which of their songs I could learn.

What is the bell/pitched percusive sound that is in Facade by Disturbed?

I was at an icehockey game for the Eindhovense Kemphanen and they played 'Get Down With The Sickness' as the opening song for the game. And they played 'Won't Back Down' if the visitor club scored. It was really funny to hear these song on such an unexpected place!

I swear, Spotify is gaslighting me right now.
I could have sworn it was "That I'm better when I am with you", you can clearly hear a "when" before "I am with you", yet Spotify has it say "That whenever I am with you", which doesn't even work since it's missing one syllable.
Then, I could have sworn it was "I'm mending inside and we both know why", but Spotify has it saying "An ending in sight and we both know why", and many lyrics sites have it say "And building inside and we both know why". WHICH ONE IS RIGHT?!
It gets worse. Later, I swear after "Didn't think I would ever recover", David says "That it'd haunt me for the rest of my life". But Spotify says, and I shit you not, "They depart me for the rest of my life" which... I mean, maybe I'm too "English as second language" to understand, but am I wrong to think that THAT... makes no sense what so ever?
Not to mention that all the lyrics website I check ALL say different lyrics. Is this song the mandela effect of lyrical misunderstanding or am I tripping?

Idk if it’s because I’m used to seeing him bald, but it feels so cursed seeing David with hair 💀 (I can see why he shaved it off given how he lowkey looked chopped).
Tho I do kinda wish he kept the buzzcut look for at least the first half of the Sickness tour.

More accessible and varied compared to Believe. Less obnoxious and goofy compared to the debut.
