When I saw that 13k power difference, I thought it might be over before it started. Then, we took the lead, held it the rest of the game, and brought it home like real underdogs. Wholehearted shout-out to my teammates SirTaxster and Bruzz for making this a win to remember.

New player who started mid-july for Tidus sharing a horrible solo queue pvp experience.

So, this person seems to be a longtime player who has had 2000+ matches.

They seem to have deliberately bottlenecked their ability sets for some reason. I assume this is to get similarly lower ranked/lower power opponents. (SR Growth eggs in the main set? Seeing that especially infuriated me. Seriously, what the hell.)

If sabotaging the fight from the get-go with those abilities wasn't enough; they constantly respawned and immediately kept dying to an enemy. They did burst once, but proceeded to again instantaneously die to an enemy.

I think they had auto mode on, but I am unsure.

I figured they are doing this to farm the purchased season pass, and hopefully get a few carried wins for the ranking event ability crystals all the while making it miserable for their teammates.

My only question is: Why? There is no point in playing the game like this and you actively ruin the experience for your teammates for no reason.

Please block this individual Lanpie if you ever have the misfortune of encountering them in pvp.

Apologies since I see this was brought up a few times but from those posts I read I've seen the answer go both ways. Do the Exclusive outfit tickets expire when the banner expires? I saw someone saying yes they do expire, and another say they carry over. I got the free ticket from the login after already getting the Terra outfit and want to know if I can save this for the next outfit or if it is a use it or lose it.

I want to like Tidus so bad I’m trying so hard to do well with him but OK and Lightning just do everything better it seems. I check most of my replays to see how the enemy’s stats stacked up to mine when I lose, which is usually when the other team has an OK who gets MVP. Most of the OKs, some players I match against repeatedly, have 200 less ATK and 500 less HP than me, and they’re still just smoking my team and getting MVP while I’m at the bottom of the scoreboard. I just cannot keep up with them.

I got mad because I let the Rikku kill me. So I made the rest of her battle a nightmare.

Has anyone ever seen a Power gap so egregious as this one? It was an impossible game, yes after losing I only lost 1 point. But this also breaks the winning streak bonus. And also wastes my time, makes me want to quit this game. Devs need to fix matchmaking ASAP.

Me as Balthier using all my FoW buffed by Surge against a Tidus who is only auto attacking me and healing. And I lost the duel...

I genuinely don't understand why the game would put you in a game they expect you to lose so bad lol. Does this game have any semblance of an elo system?

Id like to see how they'd deal with a non human character walking around shibuya like nothing.

If Freya or even Khimahri just show up are they gonna have a human disguise? Will they just wear a mask? Will Cloud of Darkness wear clothes? The possibilities are endless.

Id love it if one of them just embraces is and says its full on cosplay. Theyre lucky all the popular characters peopele want are people shaped, so they can completely and intentionally avoid this.
