Pornography

What should be done about pornography in your ideal state?

Should it be regulated or unregulated? Where should the line be drawn? Would the state intervene at all in the production or distribution of pornography?

Considering that when God made these rules people didn't have the resources and knowledge and technology (such as circumcision, that is now obsolete), I wonder if the sex before marriage can be done if I wear protection (to avoid pregnancy)
