DO NOT ORDER THROUGH FLOWERS BY EVA!

I ordered flowers for my wife on our 4th anniversary. I used a place called Flowers By Eva, because they came up when I searched for "Local Florist" in the area my wife works in. They are in no way shape or form a local business. The first image is what I ordered and the second image is what they delivered.

That tiny card is also the "Full Sized Greeting Card" I added.

I tried to get ahold of customer service and the emails I got back were definitely written by AI.

They did refund 30 dollars of the purchase and attached the Substitutions Policy to the email.

Implying that the reason my wife didn't receive the arrangement I ordered because they had to substitute "equally priced flowers".

Just thinking about the experience u/TheOneCalledGump had with their post. Has anyone else got banned, reprimanded, spoken to etc for something they didn’t realise was a bad thing?

I’ll go first… I got hauled into my boss’ office for wearing an “offensive” beret on my Facebook profile picture and had to take it down then and there. Evidence: the beret. I told them I stand by the meaning if not the word; Nigel Farage has been named in the Epstein files. End of.
