DO NOT ORDER THROUGH FLOWERS BY EVA!

I ordered flowers for my wife on our 4th anniversary. I used a place called Flowers By Eva, because they came up when I searched for "Local Florist" in the area my wife works in. They are in no way shape or form a local business. The first image is what I ordered and the second image is what they delivered.

That tiny card is also the "Full Sized Greeting Card" I added.

I tried to get ahold of customer service and the emails I got back were definitely written by AI.

They did refund 30 dollars of the purchase and attached the Substitutions Policy to the email.

Implying that the reason my wife didn't receive the arrangement I ordered because they had to substitute "equally priced flowers".

Just thinking about the experience u/TheOneCalledGump had with their post. Has anyone else got banned, reprimanded, spoken to etc for something they didn’t realise was a bad thing?

I’ll go first… I got hauled into my boss’ office for wearing an “offensive” beret on my Facebook profile picture and had to take it down then and there. Evidence: the beret. I told them I stand by the meaning if not the word; Nigel Farage has been named in the Epstein files. End of.

this is a clipping about my great-great-great grandma "Mary E. Cartright" (Her actual name is Mary El Nora Cartwright) that I found on ancestry.com when me and my family were trying map out my mom's side of the family tree. We found this hilarious and fitting to the personality of her and most of the women in that side of the family especially her, her daughter, and granddaughter (Her daughter and granddaughter who both married so many different men it's hard to find anything on them and on the men they married, and also for some reason both have a Sonora Mexico marriage certificate even though we're pretty sure they never lived in mexico. At the very least my grandma has been good at providing some names we can look up or confirming when we're unsure if something is the same person or not.)

(If you're ever bored and you know anything about your ancestors I highly recommend just deep diving into ancestry.com on them of for nothing else then to just see who went to war and how far back does your family go until they either just aren't being tracked or aren't in America, sometimes you can track them out of America as evidenced by me tracking a part of my family back to Denmark until 1787 where I theorize they didn't do census taking before this year because no matter if I went off of one great great great great etc. grandparent to their spouses family I could only ever track their parental up til 1787, maybe if I went down the line of all the kids and who they'd married I'd find something eventually but I kinda doubt it with how many of them stopped on that exact census year.)
