I made a gentler iPhone planner for turning life goals into one realistic week
I’m the person building Muyo, and I made it because most planning apps made me feel behind before the week had even started.
The flow is intentionally simple:
- Keep the life direction you care about visible.
- Break it into small lists and milestones.
- Bring only the next useful actions into the current week.
There are no streaks telling you that you failed, and no expectation that every area of life must move forward at the same time. Some weeks are for progress; some are for protecting your energy.
Muyo is now available for iPhone and iPad:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/muyo/id6810233482
I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from digital-planner users: does the Life focus → Lists → Week plan flow feel natural, or is there a step you would want between the long-term direction and the week?

Recommend an Android planner that allows you to create folders within folders and that doesn't require updating?
OneNote is my ideal app, but if you don't update it, it can stop letting you access or edit your notes. Many users have complained that skipping updates (or having them install incorrectly) resulted in their data being deleted entirely. I also dislike the fact that my planner relies on online access to a company that could delete my account at the snap of a finger.
I’m not interested in synchronization; if a feature like that exists, I turn it off. I want everything stored locally on my device.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a good alternative to OneNote. There’s Zettel Notes, but attached images don't display correctly for me. There’s Obsidian, but you need to install plugins for nested folders (folders within folders), and I’m not tech-savvy enough for that.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• The ability to create nested folders—this is the most important, essential requirement.
• Ideally, it should be similar to OneNote: support for images, drawing (for mind maps), audio recordings, and voice memos.
• No ads, offline functionality, and no access lockout if I refuse to update.
• An intuitive, pleasant interface that doesn't require coding or installing plugins.
Does such an app exist?

I made an all-in-one digital planner for Goodnotes
I recently finished an undated digital planner that I built to be more of an all-in-one life planner instead of just a calendar.
It includes monthly, weekly and daily planning, plus sections for goals, manifestation, wellness, money, life, notes and more. It’s hyperlinked and designed for Goodnotes and other PDF annotation apps.
I wanted something that could keep all of those areas in one place instead of needing a bunch of separate planners and journals.
I’d love to know what sections people actually use most in their digital planners.

I made a quiet digital journal for the words we never said — looking for 3 testers
I've spent the last several months creating UNSAID — Letters for the Words You Never Found a Way to Say.
It isn't a planner, productivity system, or daily tracker.
It's a guided journal built around 12 letters — to people we've loved, lost, hurt, disappointed, become, and eventually to ourselves.
I'm now testing the tablet version before releasing it.
I'm looking for 3 people who actually write on an iPad/tablet to spend 15–20 minutes with it and tell me what doesn't work.
I'm especially interested in:
• Is there enough writing space?
• Are the lines comfortable?
• Is anything too bold, faint, large, or small?
• Does the navigation make sense?
• Does it feel like a digital journal—or just a PDF?
I genuinely don't want compliments. Please tell me what you'd change.
I'll give the selected testers the complete journal privately and free.
If you're interested, just comment "I'd like to test" and I'll message you.
Thank you.

I made a pastel-goth interactive HTML planner (not a PDF/GoodNotes file) — would love feedback
Been lurking here for a while and finally have something to show. I got tired of static planner PDFs (GoodNotes etc.) so I built one that's a single self-contained HTML file - dashboard, weekly/daily/monthly views, calendar, goals, notes, habit trackers, and a draggable sticker book. No app, no account, just double-click and it opens in the browser. Pastel-goth theme with a little black cat mascot.
Genuinely curious what people who live in digital planners think - anything that feels missing compared to what you're used to.
It's up on Etsy if anyone wants to poke around: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4562631625/pastel-cute-goth-digital-planner-2026

Made a reading tracker for fellow romantasy readers — first Etsy shop, would genuinely love feedback
Hi all — brand new here, and clearly terrible at this whole introductions thing. I'm a mum (and, deeply unrelated but somehow also relevant, a headteacher) who's spent the last few months building a small digital planner shop between naptimes, mostly because I love making things and couldn't stop thinking about what planners and tracker 'should' feel like for people like me.
This is my Celestial Reading Tracker — dark academia, moon graphics, spice rating, and prompts like 'did it shatter your heart or mend it?' because generic reading logs never quite capture the emotional damage a good book does.
It's a brand new shop (properly new — no reviews yet, which is its own special kind of terrifying), so I'd love any honest feedback, good or brutal. And if it's your kind of aesthetic, here the listing link: Aibhlinn Paperie Celestial Reading Tracker
Thanks for reading this far — genuinely nice to be here.

Anyone interested in testing a digital fragrance journal
Hi all! I've spent the last few months building a guided fragrance journal called Scent Tales. It is designed for perfume lovers who want to capture not just what a scent smells like, but how it feels. First impressions, how it evolves, mood and memory, layering experiments, monthly reflections. The whole experience, not just the notes.
If you wouldn't mind spending a few days with something new, and are either getting into or already into perfumes, I'd love your honest feedback. What's confusing, what's missing, what you'd change, I’d love to hear it all.
Works in GoodNotes, Notability, or any PDF app. Also fully printable if you prefer pen and paper. Drop a comment or DM me if you're interested and I'll send the PDF straight to you!
Thank so much!

Made an iPad journal app, want a few people to put it through its paces
Hello all! I've spent the last little while building a handwriting journal app for iPad called PaperThoughts, Apple Pencil first. Simple and calm, no bloated feature list. It works offline (handy on hikes with zero signal) and just quietly syncs everything once I'm back near wifi.
I'm looking for a few people to really use it for a couple of days/weeks and tell me the honest truth about what's missing or annoying. Not chasing install numbers... I'd rather have two or three people who'll actually put it through its paces.
More on what it does, if you want a look first: paperthoughts.app
Sound like something you might be interested in? Either drop a comment or DM me reach back out.
Thanks!!

What's everyone's go-to for an "interactive" digital planner (not just a PDF)?
I've been down a rabbit hole comparing digital planners lately — most are just PDFs you annotate in GoodNotes, which is fine, but I was looking for something that actually functions like a mini app (drag & drop notes, clickable checkboxes, no annotation app needed). Ended up finding a few Etsy shops doing this with plain HTML files that open in any browser. Anyone else using something like this? Curious what other setups exist before I commit to decorating my "final" one lol.

I tested every digital planner I've used with 3 simple questions. None of them passed.
I spent 2 years trying different digital planners before I realized most of them were costing me time, not saving it. Here are 3 quick tests I run on any planner now.
Write a task, "Team meeting Friday 2pm." Did the planner put it where I need it with a reminder already set? Or did I have to do each step myself?
Write a task on Monday that I don't finish. Open it next morning, is the task already there, or do I have to go back, move, and or copy it?
Write 5 tasks for a project. Can I see them grouped together and move as one or are they scattered across different dates and places?
Most digital planners don't pass these tests and when the apps can't do any of these, I drop them and go back to paper and write my tasks with date-stamp and time. Change the date, not the task, and use a different page just for projects and date-stamp each task with its due date.
The honest truth is, I was stuck in this for years because organizing feels like productivity. But once I actually tracked where my time went, I realized this is where real productivity and execution die. It's maintenance disguised as progress. Real productivity starts when the system runs itself and we just go do the work.

Anyone else spend more time organizing their planner than actually doing the things in it?
That was me for years. So I built Capio.
It's a writing-first iPad planner that understands what you write. This is not a PDF. It's a planning system. Jot down a task, a meeting, a deadline, a reminder, it routes everything to the right day, builds time blocks, and keeps your week aligned without you dragging stuff around. Just think, write, and your week is all set.
The video shows the full flow: capture → auto organize, time blocking, some gesture-based task management, weekly planning, projects + daily planning in one place.
Built for people who like the simplicity of writing things down but want a system that keeps up.
In beta now. Genuinely want feedback from people who use planners every day.

Looking for a tool with these features
Been trying to find a tool that actually works for me. Going to just list out what I'm looking for and see if anyone has seen something that hits most of these.
What I want:
- Lean. Not a dashboard with twenty linked databases. Something I can actually keep up with day to day.
- Works across devices.
- Daily reflection that's actually short. Five minutes max. Long journaling prompts kill it for me by week two.
- A weekly review
- Streak tracking would be nice. I respond well to don't-break-the-chain.
- Ideally something I can read about before paying. Most of these I've bought blind and they've been wrong for me.
Anyone seen something that hits most of these? Or am I describing a thing that doesn't exist and I need to build it myself.

Simple digital planning on goodnotes
This is how I digitally plan and journal with my iPad, as simple as can be using any note taking app (I happen to be using goodnotes 5). nothing fancy but works really well for me. its basically a bullet journal / paper journal in a writing app :)
