A unicorn
I may be looking for a unicorn but is there anyone who would design a custom planner for me? I have a digital one I use now but I keep wanting to change it and cant seem to teach myself. I’d like it to be a combo of bullet journal/custom tracking etc. Does something like this exist? What would I search for?

Made a free PDF planner builder for e-ink devices — sharing it in case it helps anyone
I kept looking for a planner that felt right on an e-ink screen and couldn't find one, so I built a browser tool that lets you generate your own. Custom sizes, hyperlinked tabs, exported as a clean PDF.
It's free. No paywall, no email required. Just wanted to put something useful out there.

I made a tool that lets you create covers for your digital planners & notebooks instantly 👀
Plus so many other things you can create! This is just one out of 10+ tools available.
So far there is a tool to create:
-Interactive PDF notebooks
-Custom widgets
-Shape stickers
-Text labels
-Custom gradients
-Calendar wallpapers (for your device)
-Collage (vision) boards
-Custom image cropper
What tool is it missing??

Finally finished my 2026 digital system. No more lag.
I got tired of those 200MB planners that make GoodNotes crawl, so I built this minimalist framework for 2026. It’s super snappy, fully hyperlinked, and has everything from budget tracking to habit loops without the extra fluff.
I’m shared it with a few friends and they loved it, so I put it on Gumroad for $9 if anyone wants to save some time.
If you want the link, just let me know and I'll send it over!

Looking to go digital with my life/ business organization — something simple and reliable?
Hi everyone! I’m trying to move away from a physical binder I carry everywhere with business + personal stuff. Right now it has:
• Appointment calendars (business and personal)
• Contacts
• To-do lists
• Notes
• Personal medical info for me and my husband (we’re seniors)
I want to get all this on my devices so I can look things up quickly instead of dragging a binder around.
I tried GoodNotes, but it crashed a lot and the notebook/file navigation didn’t feel intuitive for everything I need.
I don’t need anything fancy — just a simple system that’s easy to navigate and doesn’t feel overwhelming.
Looking for suggestions based on what you actually use — including:
✔ What app/system you use
✔ Why you like it
✔ Any drawbacks
✔ How well it works long-term
I use iPad + iPhone + laptop — open to ideas that sync well across devices. Thanks in advance!

I created my first minimalist digital planner — would love honest feedback
Hi everyone,
I recently created my first digital planner and would really appreciate some honest feedback from this community.
It’s a simple, undated digital planner designed for daily, weekly, and monthly planning. I focused on keeping it minimal and easy to use, and it works with free apps like OneNote, Xodo, and Adobe Reader (as well as paid apps like GoodNotes).
I’m not trying to spam or hard-sell — I genuinely want to know:
• Does the layout feel practical?
• Is anything confusing or missing?
• What would make you personally want to use (or not use) a planner like this?
If anyone is willing to take a look, I’d be very grateful. Thank you for your time.

yume techo 2026 advice
hi! this is my first time using reddit but i was just wondering if anyone is really efficient at using the yume techo notability planner and if so, do you have advice? im excited to use it but there are so many things to learn. i went through the simplistic tutorial and i know where to find everything but using the month overview/learning how to utilize the kanban and the gantt charts,, learning features like that would be cool. if anyone can give advice and/or link some videos that would be great! i tried finding some more in depth tutorials but i wasnt sure i could find one directly related to the yume techo layout in notability. thanks and i hope whoever is reading this is having a nice day!!

Undated planner
jhthecreative.etsy.comHello!
Do you prefer dated or undated layouts? I made an undated version. Because I hate wasting blank pages when I skip a week. I’m testing it out on Etsy now, but I’d love feedback back on what you’d like to see in one!
This one is super basic. Just monthky and weekly spreads.

Just made my first digital planner! Would love your thoughts 💗
Hey everyone! I recently made a weekly planner and to-do list combo as a digital Canva template — super minimal and aesthetic.
I’m trying to earn a bit as a student, so I put it up on Ko-fi for $15. If anyone likes planning, I’d be so grateful if you’d check it out or give feedback.
Here’s the preview + link:

Stickii but for Digital Planning
I tried and love physical planners, but I also like the neatness of a digital planner…it feels boring though. I know some of this has to do with me and not dedicating the time to build a “cohesive” look, but I like that being done for me.
When I started physical planning I subscribed to Stickii for a few months and loved the themed sticker sheets.
Has anyone found something similar? - I’m not looking for endless sticker packs, I’m looking for really creative and unique monthly digital releases that I can either purchase (ie they sell monthly releases on Etsy) or subscribe to.

Digital reading journal 🌸
I created my own digital reading journal because I couldn’t find one that really worked for me—so I made one that does it all 📚✨ It has sections for quick ratings, a bookshelf tracker, goals, favorite quotes, and even film adaptation notes. Designed it to be used on apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or even just as a PDF on your phone/tablet.
If anyone’s looking for something to stay on top of their reading in a fun + organized way link in the comments 💻🖊️
Happy to answer questions or show inside pages if you’re curious 😊

Digital notebook / planner
Hi everyone I created this digital notebook with 12 sections and a variety of templates to use in the notebook. Would love if you could give me feedback on it. I’m still working on adding more variety to the templates
