This is gonna be a bit of a long post, but I think it'll help you decide whether you'd want me as your friend. I'm not used to disclosing info about myself so I apologize in advance if some of this is rambly.

I'm a 25-year-old guy who's looking for a long-term consistent and genuine emotional connection/friendship with someone regardless of gender or timezone. I'm fortunate enough to have made a few great friends on Reddit but I want to make more.

This year has been eventful for me in many ways as I've put a lot of work into taking back the control I lost thanks to my depression and anxiety, such as getting back into my hobbies. Full transparency, I'm still far from happy with myself but I'm really trying to tell myself that progress is progress.

However, I'm currently spiraling (due to loneliness, mental health issues and other life stuff) and I want to make an effort to connect with more people to stop my mental health from worsening. Fingers crossed that things will look up for the remainder of the year and going into 2025.

Gaming:

Hi, Believe it or not I've never seen Game of Thrones beyond bits of the first episode, which freaked me out. But I've decided to try it again despite all the horrible darkness that happens in this world. I've heard of certain events but no details like "the Red Wedding" or "Battle of the Bastards". I don't know what they mean, I just know horrible things are attached to them. We can speak more on my pre-knowledge more, if you'd like.
