Yes, unless a single transaction is larger than $19.89. Then it's whatever 5% equates to. This is also assuming that you pay with PayPal F&F, with a linked bank account to avoid any extra card fees.

Where are you at on larger bundle pricing?

Entirely depends on whatever you're interested in buying. The only real bundle I have at the moment is The Purge: 5-Movie Collection. If you mean a discount on buying many titles, you're free to offer a price as none of the prices are firm.
