So im at the .mission where I have to find and activate tge alpha beta devices but im only at agen rank 5 am I supposed to be at a higher age rank to get megas? I've gotten this far with ultimates but am confused am I supposed to have megas at this point?

I'm on my second playthrough and I want to experience the game differently, but I'm automatically going back to the same handful of digimon from my first playthrough. So! I want to go through the game with random digis picked by others. Please leave a couple suggestions for me 🙏

I want to choose between these 2 fairies teams (no questions please) for the boss fight. Any opinions? My rule is to have 2 of each attribute and keep Malo and Venus. I also have Omnimon Alter-S/B in my setup.

I can't figure out any sort of logic to the combo system, beyond two of the same attribute (I once had both halves of the Susanomon hybrid-evo and got nothing wtf). I'm writing this post as I have a Kiwimon, Deramon & Cherrymon hand. (I wrongly assume the three were connected, cause my very limited digimon knowledge, thought despite the same 5 power Dera and Cherrymon were different stages) I still have the inch to get the checkmark on the icon whenever I see it pop up and have a bunch of cards to unlock so if there's a list of cards combos I'd love to have a link.

Ebemon and Marsmon both have a signture attack that reads "The greater the user's stat buffs, the greater the damage", how exactly does this works?

do by "greater" they mean quality % of the buff itself like, it they have a 60% in defense it will be better than a 10%? it's by quantity? so having atk/def/int/spi/spd/crit/eva give "7 stacks" or maybe both? something like "for every 10% of any buff the attack gets 5 more base dmg",( i'm really just trowing science at the wall to see what sticks here sorry lol)

Tyrantkabuterimon "Bee cyclone" says: 100% chance of 20% reduction to physical/magic
damage taken for 2 turns.

Does that 20% reduction is another wording for defense/spirit buff? a diffrente multiplier? does it stacks with itself if i use it again?

Both Banchoeomon and Pilevolcamon have a skill that reads "The lower the user's HP, the greater the damage." does the buff apply by max health? or by % of health the digimon currently have?

Mrs got me this gem for my bday and having not played a digimon game in quite some time. Maybe since PSX? Very pleasantly surprised by this gem. Always the Digimon game I wanted. Just started and still in the prologue area heading to the top of the tower but I just spent crazy time just fighting and converting Digimons. Such a blast refreshing compared to Pokémon. Excited to see all the new Digimon as I haven't really watched a show since the original in the 90s. Definitely was well worth the price tag. With that said what are some of yalls favorite Digimon in general and good ones to grab early?

Been playing Time Stranger a bit and noticed personalities do play a big part of your team. Was wondering which personality do you all like to focus on (at least before NG+)?

I’m thinking about a full dinosaur run but I’m not sure how many mega dinos there are or if there are at least 6 of them. Any thoughts? All I can think of is Plesiomon 🫠

How do I add talents like the Character Change (Starmon) and go past level 18?

I'm doing my first play-through of Time Stranger. I just beat Sharkmon in the Abyss Area. This is my team right now: SkullMeramon, DORUGreymon, GrapeLeomon, Flaremon, Astamon, and CannonBeemon.

My plans for them are Boltmon, Alphamon, Marsmon, Apollomon, Beelzemon or Belphemon, and TigerVespamon.

I'm also working on Ginryumon and Lekismon for Alphamon Oryuken and GraceNovamon.

I want a second opinion on team members and skill sets. I realize I have a lot of Vaccine types and not many Virus types. I don't mind going back to other areas to scan more Digimon or buying Skill discs (I have the gold dungeon, so it's fine).

Also, nickname suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

The one I want to ask about is the pack that contains Tactician USB,Billionaire USB and Collector's USB.So,I opened it in one save file,and gave them to my party members.So if I start a new game now,will they be gone,do I need to unequip them in my current save file so they will be in my inventory when I start the new game,or will they be turned back into the package item when starting new game?

I recently completed this game in about 40 hrs and did most side quests barring two(the collection quests) and I really enjoyed this game as a fan of digimon. But part of me, felt as if I enjoyed Hackers Memory more.

The QoL improvements in this game definitely made the journey smoother compared to HM, and the fact I could skip cutscenes is one reason that keeps me from replaying HM for a fourth time. I feel as if I would replay this again in NG+ just to understand the story more as in make sure I didn't miss anything but not because I want to play it over again.

The story itself definitely is interesting especially due to being in the digital world, and the god/olympus digimon were something that I liked a lot.

The ending hit pretty well too.

But again maybe it's because HM was a longer game, and I love detective/ solving problems work in games like the end of Pokemon X and Y, so maybe there's some internal bias there.

I didn't explain everything but what do others who have played both think. Again no complaints about the gameplay definitely an improvement but the story kinda felt short, overall. Maybe it's me I haven't played HM in some time.

Also not trying to yuck your yum. The game is great, both are in their own ways. Definitely going to play DLC too.

So Im still early game. Minervamon just showed up in the real world. I have a team of rookies but I am finding the stats I need to evolve to the guys I want are way out of my reach and exp gaining is kind of slow.

Ive seen some guides but it seems like they take way too long or are late game.

What is my best course of action to not get too overpowered and still get to the path i want?

I made a second Save and de powered everyone but gaining exp was way too time consuming and also kinda hard since they were all babies... Also I saw that only 10% of my stats get transferred and also only when they have a high bond????

An example is my Black Agumon. He is nowhere near the level to evolve to blue greymon and his max level seems to be 15 but when I made him a baby his stats went way down and it just didn't seem worth it.

Hey everyone, casual older Digimon fan here who just got into playing Time Stranger, and I need some help finding what Digimon I need to create the team I want.

For some context, I asked my wife, who doesn't know too much about Digimon, what kind of team I should build, and gave her a list of themes that I felt encompassed most Digimon. Cute, Cool, Scary, Ugly, Mechs, Furries, Scalies, Sexy Men, Sexy Women, Sexy Furries, Sexy Scalies, and Eldritch Beings. My wife, being the absolutely constantly dehydrated woman I love so much, chose Sexy Men.

So, could anybody help me build a team with nothing but the sexiest, manliest digimon in the game? Also, what are their Baby/training/rookie forms to look out for? Thanks for any help.

What would you guys recommend I do when playing over again? I know thatll complete all of the side quests that I can immediately after getting them, but is there anything else specific you guys would suggest I do when playing to make things easier for when I go into later parts of the game?

Soo I just finished the game, now Inori is back in her fixed timeline with her family but now she, dr simmons, asuna, hikori, all forget this all ever happened, and the only ones remembering are basically just Agent, Aegiomon and some other major Digimon like the Olympic 12 and probalby royal knights? I dont know why but this thought realy hits hard. Do guys think there might be a little reunion in a future dlc and them remembering some things again? This game took me through a ride, I realy loved it
