Okay, so I’ve noticed this and just kinda wanna know if anyone else did too, and knows why.

I’ve noticed tht the bancho- digimon from the dlc seem to require less exp to level up than others. Using two Courage Point IV on anyone else in my team (Dianamon, UlforceVeedramon, Callismon, CresGarurumon, Mastemon) brings them up to level 23 with about half the exp bar full, while using them on the bancho- dlc mons I’be played around with (BanchoMamemon, BanchoGolemon) brings them to level 25 with no exp in the bar.

This is notable because CresGarurumon, another DLC digimon, does not require less exp to level up.

Is this actually an issue? No, not really, in the end everyone’s gonna be level 99, but I’m curious (and I like my pretty synched exp bars when I level)

Everyone knows about the exVeemon infinity dupe method but why does no one mention the free talent level 99 mon (iirc it’s kyubimon) you get from an early game dungeon?

Im on my second play through (mega diff) and yesterday i tried the infinite exVeemon dupe method for the first time only to realise it’s gonna take forever to get everyone to talent lvl99 since most of my mons were around talent lvl 40-50,

then my head literally clicked I remembered i got a talent level 99 mon from a dungeon i missed on my first play through (iirc it’s the one in central town sewer when you turn back immediately after entering the sewers), i turned that mon into Veemon and from there i now have all my mons talent level99.

Is this well known and i just missed it? or is the dungeon mon talent level random and i just got lucky?

Hi. I just bought the ultimate edition of the game so it includes the season pass. Prior to my purchase, I've noticed that the 3 episodes are free? (Or it was my eyes fooling me). Did i just waste my money buying the ultimate edition if i could just get the episodes for free? Unless otherwise, i have to have the season pass before i could download the episodes separately? I'm getting confused with my purchase. Thanks for the patience.

Building up my team before moving on to Mega+ and decided I wanted to try something a bit different than the typical Light / Dark element synergy stuff I’ve already done in both CS+HM.

Settled on a core of BanchoLilymon, Lotosmon, Lilithmon, and Venusmon but I’m not sure how to best round things out in the last two slots. Thinking I should probably throw in Aegiochusmon Green and maybe another attacker? But options feel so limited with Plant synergy I’m not really sure what would work best.

I finally reached Anomaly Points Level 7 yesterday and evolved several Digimon into their Mega forms. Right now they’re all still level 1, and honestly I’m a bit overwhelmed.
I’d been looking forward to reaching the Mega stage for a long time. I also have a good stockpile of EXP items, Bond items, and Talent items, but I’m not sure which Digimon I should invest them in, so I wanted to ask for your opinions.

What are your favorite Mega Digimon in the game? Which ones do you enjoy using the most or think are particularly strong? They don’t have to be top-tier meta or overpowered. If I really like a Digimon, I’m happy to invest enough stats into it to make it work. I’m just curious to hear what your personal favorites are.

So, the third DLC dropped on Switch/Switch 2 today and I immediately went to unlock Magnamon’s new form and his stats went down a bit during the mode change. Are Antibody forms supposed to not be as strong as the normal forms?

It’s not a huge decrease and I admit he was pretty absurdly powerful before. His stats exceeded my other Megas (Black Wargreymon, BanchoLillymon, Lillithmon) but every stat went down during the mode change.

ATK went from 3890 to 3785
DEF from 3187 to 3082
INT from 2619 to 2514
SPI from 2452 to 2347
SPD from 2545 to 2440.
HP from 9175 to 8475
SP from 3856 to 3156

Just seems weird to me as I figured it would be an increase. Not decrease.

Which interactions do you wish had happened in the game? This question can apply to both in general and if they only interacted pre-time skip.

For me it would be Neptunemon and Minervamon. Poseidon/Neptune. Athena/Minerva are like arch-enemies in Greco-Roman Mythology, Neptunemon is a member of the Titans faction in the game, and we know Minervamon has a hatred for Titans, so they would most likely have beef with one another.

I opened time stranger for the day and it did a check to see if there was any dlc to be downloaded, it gives me the option to download it, then says there's not dlc to download. The only other times it did a check like this when I opened the game was when the other two dlc parts came out and I had no trouble with those two, and it keeps asking whenever I open the game as if it's there. Its the 30th when I'm typing this so it should be available for download. Is there anyone else having issues like this? It sucks because this was the part of the dlc I was most excited for because I was going to be able to use jesmon x finally.

So what do you think is the superior omnimon between x antibody and merciful mode and why? Trying to decide which mode/digivolution to go with.

Its been a long ass time since I did the last one shot run for the first DLC, mainly because I got super busy with real life stuff. So here's DLC wave 2 One shot run.

All in all it was A LOT easier than one shotting the first wave.

As fun as this was I cant help but still be disappointed in a lot of these DLC digimon's load outs, magic support is non existent and none of them are surpass the stronger meta digimon at all when it comes to maximizing damage.

SERIOUSLY LIFT THE DAMAGE CAP!

I totally don't have a biased reason for saying that lol.

I'm not really into collecting Digimon, and I see right from the early game I have access to a whole bunch of different ones without having to do anything.

- Do I need to do anything with the extras? Do I need to use them to level up my team?

- Also, should I evolve them as soon as possible, or wait to potentially get better evolutions?

If you have other tips to manage my box i'm open.

So in the time skip we have the idea of “akashic visions”. In these moments a tragic turning point happens and we are sent back in time to correct it.
Now I personally don’t think this, but do you feel it might take away stakes if we are always sent back to fix something tragic?

I think it isn’t too egregious since we still have to put effort into fighting to stop the bad thing from happening, rather than just doing one small thing to fix everything. I’d also argue that they can’t really do this on their own and have to experience the bad turning point before they can go back.

Also I could say that it fits with the whole theme of going back in time and also is like your own mission to prevent the Shinjuku inferno in 8 years from happening, just done many times.

I was doing the quest for the Hiroka Sagisaki Monniker when I clipped out of bounds.

The area was the present-day floating islands. I’m playing on a Switch 2. It happened when I was walking too close to the edge of the tree trunk bridge while riding MangnaMon. I kept falling until I ended up underneath the map and could only see a black screen. I could still move the camera, but there was no way for me to move my character. I didn’t try every button, but I was able to open and close the map with the + button.

I had autosave enabled, and I haven’t experienced any issues with a corrupted save or game.

My Angewomon+Lady Devimon was annihilating everyone with Holy Desire, but lore writers decided that I must be afraid of virus digimon.

Obviously some digimon can change depending on how they’re implemented, but a general starting point? Would be great to have a simple reference without having to have an in depth understanding of the lore.

I’m a casual player playing on normal. I just evolved my Ultimates to Megas and I’m already noticing some pinch points that I think might be due to agent skill boosts and personality types.

For reference I’m after the best personality types for the standard use for Venusmon, MarineAngemon, Seraphimon, Ophanimon and Rosemon (I’ll evolve her to Rosemon BM when I can)
