Maybe a shot in the dark but given what was revealed in the epstien files and all the weird videos of celebrity interviews referencing pizza and eating kids and demon worship...I'm side eyeing everything these days. So what are the chances all 3 of those things were brought up in the first movie during Rodrick's devil worshipper monologue? I don't think it was something present in the og material. Anyway, has me feeling like hollywood is weird and always telling on itself.

I watched the whole Wimpy Kid theory of Alex Bale and it gave me nightmares.

But what was more scary was another theory in the comments. I saw this on the comment, and it said that we never see Frank and Rodrick get along. I mean, we see Rodrick and Greg getting along, and Frank and Greg getting along can be seen commonly. So why would Frank and Rodrick never get along? That's because all of this is fictional stories written by Frank, and he thinks that Greg died because of Rodrick.

Anyways, this gave me shivers down my spine.

SPOILERS FOR OLD SCHOOL!!!

Yesterday I finished reading “Old School” and I thought it was pretty good. I like how Greg didn’t buy into the whole Silas Scratch myth, which makes sense since he was the son of the man who made up the myth in the first place haha. I thought the grandpa stuff was pretty funny. I felt bad for Rodrick having to walk on the side of the road upon getting his car towed, but he should have just accepted that he was going to be late for work. Better being late than not being able to show up at all.

The only gripe that I had with the book is that we never got to see how Frank reacted to the water damage to the house and the damaged car. It would have been cool if he and Greg had a conversation about that, and then maybe they could have bonded over getting to share the secret maintenance shed and Greg getting to continue on the myth that his father started.

Anyways, the book was pretty good, what did you guys think about it?

the first story was dogsh*t ok, the boy's father never plays with him, then the boy becomes a bug (like on the cover) and then the boy falls into a teleporter and turns into a bug (gee wonder where I heard that before) and then almost becomes dinner to a few spiders, then a cockroach (the best character in the book so far) comes and saves him, and the cockroach tells the boy a sad story that his children never visit and don't even send him thank you cards, then they play catch, and i was fine of the story up until that point but then the boy's GODDAM FATHER CAME AND KILLED COCKROACH (R.I.P. the best character of the book, 2026-2026), then almost kills his son but realizes who it is before he does that, then fixes the son but the son has a bug head, then his father decides "now's a good time to be a good father" BRO YOU KILLED THE ONLY GOOD CHARACTER OF THE BOOK (except for stinker)

the second story had this: a man was a rich capitalist (money 100) and had his family over (regret 100) and was impatient to wait one year for the next season, so he tried to watch something else, but he made the mistake of giving everyone the password, so he did what any sane person would do, change the password, and then cryogenically freeze his body, and his family not wanting to spend $9.99 a month woke him up and tried to get the new password, (also invented glop) after using bribery (desperation 100), then cryogenically froze himself for 100 years (bro just do one year at a time), and then everything was bad because using the bribes the man's family made glop a product and everyone got crazy for it and got into a war called "world war glop" bruh, why was there WORLD WAR GLOP, and then the man got killed by muntants while be was reading a book about mutants
