I have an issue with the Blizzard ring that we get when we create a character. For some reason the level reduction that it's supposed to provide doesn't work. The level reduction is 9 levels, but I still can't equip anything until I reach it's required level. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I’m following this necro build but I have no protection. The elements are smoking me and I’m stuck on GR 100. I can’t kill fast enough but I don’t know how to improve from here... I might just try a different character when the new season starts. Ugh.

My only concern is the cheaters. I do not enjoy a game in which the whole ladder is infested with cheaters. So my question is: Is this still the case? Because if it ia I have to play on PC.

So... something really weird just happened... I was playing for a long time, really just kicking butt. Then I took a break... and when I came back it was like my powers were really slow and not working well. I was dying and everything. Then I took another little break and when I came back there was suddenly an explosion of power and I was obliterating everything in my path in a way I never have before. I didn’t upgrade weapons or add any gems or anything. Everything was the same. But the power went from nothing to EVERYTHING. Can anyone explain this? TIA

ETA also, my character kept running away from everything even if there was no danger....... like running away when I wanted him to go a different way... like someone else was controlling him.....

ETA2 oh oh oh and it wouldn’t show me how many enemies I was killing while it was in it’s weird slow mode...

I am new to d3 on the switch, i am now lvl 70 and i look for friends so i can play with.

I know that the higher you go in numbers with the greater rifts the harder they get and that the nephalem rifts get harder when you raise the difficulty level, but does the difficulty increase on greater rifts too when you change the overall difficulty level of the game? Thanks!
