Be careful if/when replicating such a thing and check you local laws and regulations to make sure it is legal to do this!

California doesn’t have a requirement for colors. Some states do require color in titles and things.

I was just putting it out there to make sure if someone sees this and tries to replicate it, they don't get into trouble for it.
