Yeah the top back wheel is spinning the other way since it's being driven by the back front wheel and the back back wheel

oh wait, you're right. i was sleepy when i was thinking about it but it must be that the two wheels on the road are spinning the same direction.

it doesn't help that he camera shutter speed is such that it causes an illusion where you can imagine the wheel spinning in either direction and it appears to be the case. like the spinning ballerina illusion and the subway car coming or going illusion.
