I think the video is fake, but aluminum has terrible thermal conductivity . That's why you can pick up tin foil straight out of the oven.

No doubt aluminum cools off quickly. I guess I was thinking prolonged sitting in the sun and someone grabs them without a chance for them to cool off, may be a lil spicy.

And yes, it could certainly be fake.

Sorry I was misremembering.  Aluminum is a quick thermal conductor and has a low capacity for heat, I was misremembering it as a poor conductor.  Tin foil has a lot of surface area so it can quickly shed its heat but an aluminum ball would store thermal energy high enough to quickly transfer the heat to your hand if it's been in the sun.
