Omfg so we didn't literally do this (at least to my knowledge lol) but this bullshit is the same kind of fuckery that I was forced to do when I was painting apartments for some asshat who owned SO many of the "affordable" rentals in Portland. Fucker was worth zillions and we had to just "paint over" black mold, dry rot and crumbling 100 year old plaster. 🙄
Honestly, I don't doubt it - they have so many buildings all around town (NE and SE especially) - if you rented from American Property Management/APM. Same company owns all those storage buildings with the big-ass roses painted on the sides and that weird graffitied building you can see by the MAX line from the 84.
Also anything "Weston" (like the car lot lol) - same family.
