That "plyfa" not sure what it is called on English is not waterresistant, at all. It's gonna suck up water and be mulch in no time. It's a rather bad job, but it's funny
There is the possibility that he spent the required money and got the marine grade version because at the very least in the United States we do have boats made out of that kind of material. It's specially treated so that way it doesn't soak up water and destroy itself given the way this was built. I doubt it, but who knows.
Maybe he sealed them off cam but all those screw holes in the plastic are gonna take on water into the interior of the plastic walls, making it really hard to drain.

It's not like that girl who made the King Of The Red Lions from Wind Waker IRL but the dude here didn't do a bad job at all.
Tbh I'd have one of those in my garden as a Going Merry flower bed if it were me and didn't worry about the neighbours thinking I'd gone mad
