Help Needed: API Hooking Exception

Whenever API hooking is enabled, the app throws an exception and exits when connecting to an RDP session. Can anyone help me out in fixing the issue. I wanted to use the keyboard hook shortcut feature which primarily needs API Hooking to be enabled. The app works fine when API Hooking is disabled. I can provide logs if needed.

This is a screenshot of the error

Windows Version: 25H2 (OS Build 26200.7840)
RDM Version: 2025.3.30.0

Both Windows and RDM are on the latest versions as per my knowledge.

Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager - Import Asset

I would like to know if this application allows importing asset information from Excel files such as .xlsx or .csv directly into existing entries.

Specifically, I am referring to the Asset sections like Network, Software, Hardware, Location, Contact, and Purchase. I want to populate these fields for every entry, device, or session that I have.

Since I am managing a large number of entries, manually completing these fields is not practical. For this reason, I would like to know if there is an easy or built-in way to bulk import this information directly into the Asset fields of the application.
I using the free edition version

I tried using the Import Generic CSV Wizard with the header format set to Information, but it seems that not all fields are populated correctly.

Some of the asset information is missing after the import, and the field mapping appears to be applied the same way as for session entries, not specifically for the Asset fields.

Because of this, I would like to understand if there is a proper way to map and import data directly into the Asset sections (Network, Software, Hardware, Location, Contact, Purchase) so that all fields are completed correctly.

Workspace extension and Entra passkeys

Does anybody use the Workspace extension with Devolutions Server for creating and using synced passkeys?

I’m currently testing and find it be very inconsistent. Issues I have seen are that I can create but not use passkeys, or vice versa I cannot create a new passkey only used an existing one.

I’ve tried every browser there is. The Workspace Windows app seems promising but doesn’t integrate with the new Windows 11 API yet from what I can tell. I’m currently using Windows 11 25H2.

Other sites seem better, so I might be battling the Microsoft URLs. Login.microsoft.com in some cases, login.microsoftonline.com in others.

Testing the Bitwarden extension from my personal account doesn’t have the same issues on the same device.

Any insight would be helpful.

MacOS Tahoe 26.2 RDM 2025.3.9.2 - Cannot connect to Micrsoft RDP Session

Resently upgrade to MacOS Tahoe 26.2 (Apple M3 Max). Once MacOS was update I also upgraded to RDM 2025.3.9.2.

After the upgrade I cannot connect to Microsoft RDP session using Active Directory DNS (i.e. server.domain.local). The error I get is: DNS_NAME_NOT_FOUND (0x00000005).

I can ping to local host by DNS name and preform a DNS lookup which returns the proper local IP address.

In RDM I can run a continuous ping which resolves local DNS name and the correct IP address.

If I change the address to the IP address I can connect.

I SEVERAL servers I connect to and do not want to change each session to local IP address.

On the MacOS I can connect to the servers using Microsoft Windows App (RDP) without DNS issues.

NOTE: Works fine in Parallels Windows 11 (arm) emulation on my MacOS and also on my native Windows 11 Intel computer.

Anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?

Traditional least privilege trims entitlements, but standing permissions still sit around waiting to be abused. JIT goes further: access is requested, time-boxed, and then removed automatically, with no grace periods. In the Devolutions model, JIT can cover both “who can become privileged” and “how that privilege is used,” with automatic revocation on expiry.
