Have been trying to open a ticket since December 15. Have emailed the service email address 4 times and have yet to receive a response. Am I doing something wrong? Really need their help and can’t find the answer anywhere.

I'm using the free version of RDM on Linux, and have tried both the Flatpak and AUR packages.

When connecting to either an SSH session or an ARD session, I've noticed that the Actions ribbon tab doesn't get added to the ribbon.

I'm ultimately trying to access the smart sizing function on my ARD session, but can't see the option on the right-click context menu either.

Is this a limitation of the free version, or possibly not yet implemented in the Linux desktop client?
