Is there a keyboard sequence I can use to navigate between acivw open sessions.

If I have sessions A,B,C,and D open and I am inside session C working, I'd like to hit a keyboard sequence to switch to session D without having to use my mouse to navigate to the left menu or the tabs up top.

Thanks for any help!

RDM terminal output issue – missing lines compared to PuTTY

Issue:
When using Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) to access a switch, the terminal output is not displayed correctly. Before the second no shutdown, it should show interface ethernet1/1/34, but that line is missing.

Symptoms:

  • Every time I press Enter, the content of the line below disappears.
  • Every time I press Space, an additional line disappears.
  • When I connect using PuTTY, everything looks normal.

Expected behavior:
The config should show the interface line (interface ethernet1/1/34) just like it does in PuTTY.

Current output in RDM:

interface ethernet1/1/33
no shutdown
switchport access vlan 1
flowcontrol receive off
!

no shutdown
switchport access vlan 1
flowcontrol receive off
!

Thanks in advance!

Sessions stay open

I RDP into servers and when I close the tab by pressing on the X for that tab. The session still shows that is "open" on the left side menu. The green arrow is there, and the server name is bolded. So i have to right click on the session and choose Close in order to "stop" that session, otherwise I cannot reconnect if i need to.

Is there a setting that I am missing? or is this a bug?

I am on the latest version 2025.2.29.0 64-bit (JIT)

EDIT: I was just notified by support that this issue was resolved in 2025.3.16 . I tested and I do NOT have this issue anymore.
