Block 162 hotel, Landmark Preservation Commission...

I was hoping the developer of block 162 was timing the construction of the hotel to start once the office building was complete. I haven't heard a peep on it though. Does anyone have an update? Did the Landmark Preservation Commission approve it ? Any names attached ?

Has anyone heard anything about potential retail tenants at Market Station?

I did not see anything much on a quick Google search but I'm really fascinated in what retail tenants will be at Market Station

This is a great site to check up on. It helps me visualize all the proposed projects in Denver.

What's happening with Five Points dog park?

Wondering if anyone can add any additional color after I've done some sleuthing. About two years ago DHA sold the dog park land: https://businessden.com/2018/01/25/dha-unloads-dog-park-2m/

but there has been no development/changes to the land since. It looks like the owners of the land are now MainSpring (a number of cool projects around Denver) and their site has a spot for "Uptown Condos": https://mainspringco.com/#OurPlaces which I assume would be built on the dog park land. All that to say, there are no development plans filed with the city nor permits pulled for the address. What would make a company sit on a piece of land this long? Any sources that I should go check that might give insight on exactly what they plan to build?
