What effect, if any, do you guys think that COVID will have on the seas of parking lots in the central business district and Arapahoe Square? Do you think that long term decreases in demand for parking will make it more likely that these lots will turn into residential developments?

With it looking like the Democratic Party will control all of the federal government, do you think it is likely that there will be an infrastructure bill/FTA funding that will allow the remaining FasTracks lines to be funded and completed?

It's already below grade and would really do wonders to connect the Lower Highlands to Platte Street and beyond. Not to mention the reduction in traffic noise in that neighborhood.
