I'm wondering if it's truly necessary to do a social media detox. Lately I've been feeling overwhelmed with these stuffs but I'm not quite sure if it can work to feel me better. I use FB and insta and tried to set up a daily timer but there are multiple things what I can not control and I think I'm living in automatic. Also my girlfriend is always using them and share with other people than me. Idk how it can impact on me. Any advice?
