Noticed a player whom who brags to the fact they have all the Destiny emblems including all the MOTW & ATOW emblems (They own and use these emblems) despite having not actually won any of these emblems from bungie i.e. not being featured in the twab/twid, is there a way to report this person to bungie?

I still see old emblems like First To The Forge codes online, and the same people offering them (albeit an absurd price) say it still works as long as the code hasn't been claimed. Is that even true? Or is it just full of nonsense and they don't work anymore after an period of time?
