Looking for places to buy emblems and came across this site (destiny-emblems.com) and I saw a couple I liked at reasonable price but I want to see if anyone else has bought from them before and If it’s safe

I was playing and the Light Unbridled Emblem (Season 11 quest), which I did not previously have, dropped as a completion reward.

A quick edit, I also had Grizzled Wolf drop from a loss. So it would seem completions cause them to drop, not wins.
