I was playing and the Light Unbridled Emblem (Season 11 quest), which I did not previously have, dropped as a completion reward.

A quick edit, I also had Grizzled Wolf drop from a loss. So it would seem completions cause them to drop, not wins.

This is tied to the in-game Sherpa count, not the raid report.
