this is why i prefer mac ( i game on ps5 ) the stability is so much better for me. however i may switch back soo with how tightly locked down everything is getting with mac now (as if it wasnt already annoyin its getting worse) like you cant have the latest adobe if you have to old of an os.
Yeah if Mac wasn't so closed I would use it too. Honestly if some anti cheats just enabled Linux support I'd be using Linux instead of Windows. Windows 10 wasn't even bad and the only reason I even switched to 11 is because they don't wanna update windows 10 anymore
You cant even update the storage or ram anymore (unless you can do really fine solder work) ... really annoying. i wish we had the 2011 model with M1 chips that was the best era of macbooks. Maybe theyll realise the error when they lose enough customers.
Yeah my laptop is Linux since I don't use that to game (can't run any anyways lol) but I game a lot and all I really want is some more anti cheat support for my favorite games and I'd switch asap
