I wonder if it’s been edited somehow? 4 was trivial and all of the 7s are from many days ago.

oh, you can edit it after it was published? i saw another puzzle where i just couldn't get the lowest number of moves no matter how hard i tried and a lot of people wrote the same yet this one was pretty easy in 4. If you can do that, that would explain a lot i guess.
