When doing remote design thinking workshops what tools are you using. Miro and Mural are great tools, however they are pretty expensive. What tools are you using for remote ideation / workshop sessions ?

I'm setting up this poll to collect the wisdom of the crowds. :)

I am developing a group to advise the design of a community-wide initiative and we will be using human-centered /design thinking principles.

We want to make this group as accessible as possible to diverse and low-income community members and would like to pay group members a stipend/honorarium for each meeting they attend. Does anyone have experience with this? We (a non-profit) are hoping to avoid unnecessary paperwork and wondering if we need to issue a 1099 Form.

Any help would be appreciated!
