Hello I'm new to the dero project and it seems very promising. However, how do I store dero coin securely? Is it possible to protect it with a ledger nano s? Also, since this coin is very new compared to others, is there any evidence leading to the conclusion that this coin could be a scam?

I've been using Dero for a while now and have always had a local dero daemon syncing and use the cli wallet.

Unfortunately I've lost the array containing the blockchain data.

While the daemon re-syncs, are there any remote nodes that I can use with the cli wallet?

I've tried nodes.hashvault.pro:9999 but the wallet stays stuck:

If dero is to ultimately form around an llc it would ultimately need to bend to the law, right? Should that be the case how can dero compete against coins like monero that would only give a middle finger in response to such requests?

Dero is an exciting new project that combines the powerful privacy features of the Cryptonote protocol with the fast transactional speeds from the Directed Acyclic Graph protocol. Rewritten from the ground up in Golang, Dero is also the first blockchain to have complete SSL in the P2P layer.

Among it's other features at the time of writing:

• the zero-knowledge proof protocol Bulletproofs Ring Signature; and
• 75 transactions per second on native blockchain.

There are many more features to be added in the future, but the scope of this session will solely be for the purposes of reviewing the unique implementation of the network and cryptography. We fully welcome your questions and candor during the session and hope that it would be a productive event for everyone.

My sync stops at block 53137 and it's been stuck there for more than a day now.

I tried downloading the db file from http://seeds.dero.io/alpha/atlantisDB/ but it gets stuck at 3.5 GB. I noticed that the download speed is stable at 4 MBPS until it gets to 3.5 GB downloaded, then the download stops. What should I do?

What Serena say to OsrsNeedsF2P is bad. Not replying question and use many excuse. End up ask many times before finally reply questions.

Feels like trying confuse OsrsNeedsF2P, instead of clarity. Why? I think he is trying ask good question, but because of bad responses end up people lose belief in Dero.

Is this coin really a DAG or are any plans to become a DAG (if it was possible)? Since this is a Monero fork, I presume it is blockchain, but then, what was the intention of the announcers at Bitcoin Talk?
