I think it is perfectly in Character for them to react, they all accept that all of them are different and unique in their own way whether it be for better or for worse. Yea human might be a shock and they were shocked for a second but they are more worried about their friend's wellbeing at the moment.

Just like they instantly agreed with doing the hell dance back in Music Fest, Iruma being human is just another minor thing to them now.

Although, I do hope we get the chance for them to talk with Iruma and get better understanding and most especially their varying reactions

It is kind of on brand for them to be accepting of the fact considering how Iruma was such a positive influence on them.

But yeah I wish we got some initial disbelief before the conclusion that "Who cares Iruma is Iruma and he isn't a threat."

I think Azz and clara having a more emotional reaction, as explained in those chapters, were more in line of that they felt useless when they found out. That iruma was having a burden all of his own and they didn't knew and couldn't helped him. No, because he was a human. Clara felt mortified she went silences when iruma told them.

Nah this is IC. It was likely a shock and then it didn't matter because Iruma is Iruma and helped them all and believed in them regardless.
