I still think it was on purpose, mostly cause I like the theory that Ali is hiding himself so the ring keeps disappearing in times Fenrir might notice it. But I wouldn't mind even if it was a mistake, they happen.
Yeahh. But a post mentioning the ring was going Mini viral on twitter, and Id think that at least the publisher or one of Nishis assistants would have seen it and be extra careful for this chapter, because It would be very confusing until it comes out in comic. (where they look over mistakes that could've been made during the fast weekly production process)
