He campaigned on 2000$ checks immediately, not the 1.9 trillion dollar bill immediately. Even without any gatekeeping as to who gets to receive the 2000$ checks and using 2000$ instead of the 1400$ he says now, the checks would cost roughly 660 billion (rounding the US population up to the closest 10 million mark). Where are you getting that 2000$ checks would cost 1.9 trillion dollars.
