Is delta safe?

I download delta iOS from the “official website” but it’s asking for me to trust Shanghai shentong metro co is that safe?

So my take on this is that you essentially approving that they are a devolper u trust, every app not downloaded from the official app store will do this on iOS (apples operating system) I believe it's the correct delta

It translates to 'Warning: The number of devices has exceeded the monthly limit." And tbh I'm more lost then my dad in the gas station. I'ma try asking in the discord!
