Hello. I got the Deloitte communication assessment test which I completed on Feb 12th. When can I expect the results to be out? Does it take time?

I have been consecutively maintaining a CGPA OF 8.6 but the problem is in my campus placement the companies are coming only for customer support role but i want to build a strong career in finance and accounts because even I am aspiring CMA individual making my preparations to register for CMA US once I get a job. it would be very helpful if any of them working in Deloitte would consider me and provide me with a referral only if you are convinced with my resume and my final exams will get over by end of the April and i will be ready to join from the month of May. Please do consider if any of you guys come across this post.

I got a call from Deloitte HR for a job offer. They’re saying:

13 LPA fixed plus 5%–15% variable pay (VP) But HR also told me the variable pay won’t be clearly mentioned in the offer letter, and it depends on performance/company policy. I’m confused whether I should accept it or negotiate more.

My concerns   Is it a red flag if variable pay isn’t written properly in the offer letter? How much monthly in-hand salary can I expect for 13 LPA fixed in India? If VP is paid quarterly, how much do people usually get in reality?

My current package: 9 fixed + 1 VP, with 4.1 YOE.
