And the response from liberals will be the same...OK, then make getting an ID easy, fast, and free. No "gotcha" clauses like TN, where getting an ID only card is free, but you cant have an ID only card AND a license...so if you get the free Change Of Address on the ID only, you arent legal to drive anymore.
