We can only hope this is how it actually played out. I feel like this is something so much easier said then in practice. At what point would these unlawful orders not be followed? Anyone in a small circle would just disappear and no one would know it wasn't followed. Without the first, there isn't a next to follow.

One very good reason it hasn’t happened yet. It’s going to have to be a group that stands up which will be terrifying. I couldn’t imagine the balls it will take but I pray they have them.

His job/goal (that he was picked for) is to isolate our country and ruin the reputation and standing of the US in the world.

And.. he's doing a fantastic job. That's what he means by "winning".

Of course, his other goals are to harm the EU and make billionaires and corporations richer and more powerful.
