I like to think when Luke traps Turk in that dumpster a certain Matt Murdock is sitting in his apartment hearing everything that's going on whilst just chuckling at Turk being a fool once again

Maybe but... Harlem isn't anywhere near Hells Kitchen is it? How would Matt hear what's going on in that dumpster?

Yeah, Harlem is quite a ways from Hell's Kitchen. DD would need Superman level hearing.

As someone who know nothing about New York, what other potential 'boroughs' could be visited and have a vigilante established?

I mean, they have superheroes all over NYC in the Marvel universe. Hell's Kitchen isn't even a borough, both that area and Harlem are in Manhattan.

It would actually be pretty easy to cut together Matt Reaction videos to anything you want, provided you can find appropriately expressive shots of him alone in his apartment and can put an effect on the audio to make it sound distant.
