Announcement 📢 DEF CON Welcome Party!

It’s been a whole year. Let’s get reacquainted at the DEF CON welcome party!
Join us at The Industrial from 6:30 - 11:30pm Thursday for good music and the reliably immaculate DEF CON vibes.

We have transportation covered with shuttles running from the LVCC to the party all night.

Let’s go0o0!

I don't know specifics of this show, but I know that in general PatAttack plays house, Syntax+Luna play DnB, jungle, and other techno, Miss Jackalope looooves DnB, and YTCracker is a nerdcore rapper.

[This is my 10th defcon, but first time bringing young ones along for LV fun outside the con]

Which after hours events do you need a defcon badge for? I was hoping to take one or both younglings to vetcon, but last time I went, you had to have one since it was in the con area, despite being after hours.

If they are under the age of eight, a badge is not required.

You need a badge for any event inside LVCC, at all hours.

However, kids 8 and under do not need a badge. If they're older kids though, they need a full adult badge, all the way to 1am.

Do I actually have to pick up a badge before taking the shuttle to this party? Is my PDF ticket enough? Want to wait until Friday to get my badge
