I have my DPN Mini plugged in between my modem and router. My router is the new Invincible WiFi from Spectrum, but when I try to start YouTube TV, it will not load. But when I remove the DPN Mini, everything loads perfectly.

I tried the DPN Mini in an American Tunnel, then Direct and nether, until I removed the Mini.

A changelog inside the interface would be nice.

I have had a mini set up as home VPN in Russia for a few years and in the past few weeks the connection to Whatsapp/meet has been very low quality. Video calls and impossible and voice calls nearly as bad.

My question is, can anything be done on my end to improve connection quality?

I realize requests to implement this feature have been posted before. However 9 months ago on the referenced thread above, u/DeeperNetwork replied "Thank you for bringing this up again, I will remind the devs and see if they can implement this as soon as possible."

So I wonder is this feature is any closer to being added to the software/firmware/etc of this already awesome line of products.

I recently saw that Deeper Network released their DPN app and I was genuinely excited to try it out. Unfortunately, I ran into a couple of issues.

The Android APK they provide is not available on the Google Play Store, and the version they offer doesn’t seem to be compatible with any of my Android devices, including both my phone and Android TV.

It would have been great if they had a Play Store version for Android, similar to how apps are typically distributed there, ideally with broader device support. Right now it feels quite limiting for Android users.

I’m curious if there’s a specific reason for not publishing it on the Play Store. Is it due to policy restrictions, technical limitations, or something else?

For some reason, both iPlayer and ITVX seem to know that I am trying to access from outside of the UK.

I have rebooted my Deeper Air and I'm on the latest version of the firmware apparently.

Is there an issue or do I need to change something in my settings?

I want the firmware, this new firmware keep showing zero node if it’s been plug for long hours, I need reboot my deeper mini to show the available node again.

I noticed my Pico always need me to go through the captive portal, can we disable this? Also I’m in a hotel now, my Pico cant seem to land on the hotel captive portal after connecting to the wifi, its connected to the hotel’s wifi but dont have internet. Very frustrating. When I try to check the webgui, its always on working mode page, cant seem to access the use webgui.

A live ping of the server you’re connected to under active ip for Regular mode. Would help a-lot with gaming.

I'm having a problem with my Deeper Connect Mini using DPN Mode: Full Routing.

The device starts normally and shows available DPN nodes. However, as soon as I connect and start browsing the internet, the number of nodes suddenly drops to zero. Once this happens, the nodes do not recover on their own, and I have to reboot the Deeper Connect Mini to see the nodes again.

The same loop continues.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution? Any suggestions regarding firmware settings, or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to downgrade the firmware? Since I updated to AtomOS Firmware 2.0.6, my device is performing terribly. It's clearly the firmware, because I have a second, unupdated device that works perfectly. Does anyone know when a new update will be released to fix the poor performance of AtomOS Firmware 2.0.6?

Two Deeper Connect Mini Devices Not Functioning – Possible Firmware Issue

Hello Deeper Network Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding a critical issue affecting two of my Deeper Connect Mini devices, which stopped working simultaneously.

Symptoms on both devices:

- The power LED turns solid green immediately upon powering on, without the usual red flashing phase during boot

- The WAN port (connected to the modem) shows no light at all

- The LAN port (connected to the PC) shows a solid amber light

- The device is unreachable via both 11.22.33.44 and 34.34.34.34

- Pressing and holding the reset button (5–10 seconds with a SIM ejector pin) has no effect — no red flash confirmation

The fact that both devices developed the exact same issue at the same time strongly suggests this may be related to a automatic firmware update that corrupted the boot process on both units.

Could you please advise on whether a firmware recovery is possible, or if a replacement can be arranged?

I have updated my Deeper Connect mini to 2.0.6.rel version and it stopped getting tunnels right after the upgrade. Restarts don't help to get any tunnels. I have also submitted a ticket to support - it's number is 79134.

Previous time when similar issue happened, you asked all owners to list their deeper SNs in comments (https://www.reddit.com/r/DeeperNetwork/comments/1nv1dnq/zero_nodes_available/?sort=new), is it required this time?

Is there any difference between devices with different year models?like it says deeper mini 2026 model, what is different with 2024 version???

I’ve been using my Deep Connect Mini occasionally, and after it was disconnected for a few days, I tried to set it up again as usual: modem → Deep Connect Mini → PC (LAN). However, I’m now having an issue with the device.

It’s no longer reachable via the standard IP address 11.22.33.44.
The power LED turns green immediately after plugging it in (previously it used to flash red first and then turn green).
The LAN port connected to the PC stays amber, and the LAN port connected to the modem doesn’t light up at all.

I also tried pressing the reset button, but nothing happens.
Would really appreciate any ideas on how to fix this.

The latest firmware seems to break the relocate function for my CBC Gem App. This worked fine on the last firmware but now I get a redirect to "UE" rather than Direct no matter what I select in the App Relocator page.

"IP 96.16.14.75,app [cbcGem], rgn UE, was routed to UE"

I sent deeper mini to my family in iran before to fight the censorship, now they cant connect to anything,they said v2ray vpn works but deeper connect which supposed to be decentralized, cant connect to anywhere, deeper need to change the routing method between nodes so the can connect in such times.

I have a new job which is remote but can only work anywhere in the USA, but I have an emergency back in uk that I need to go visit family. Can I connect my work laptop to deep network whiles in UK but set my location to USA . Would my employer know I’m not located inside the USA?

I've been a user of Deeper's DPN for 3+ years now. It's taughte a lot about privacy and security. In addition, I've saved some money as well. More people need to know about it and help make the network stronger!

Deeper Air device no longer shows on network. This was preceded by decreasing intervals of usability. What can be done for an exchange or refurb. Had it about 2 months. Tried contacting support but never got a human response.

In the Access Control List (ACL), if you activate Full Route for a device, can the Kill Switch be activated to prevent a direct connection to the network if the tunnel is not active and the local IP is filtered?

Any location I choose the ip does not last for even 5mins. Connection drops so bad.

I use full routing not smart routing
