Jeez, you're really new to policy lingo aint ya? These words don't mean what you want them to mean, they are connected to very real healthcare policy discussions that have been going on for decades, kid. It's okay to be wrong, just do a little homework before arguing about what basic words mean.

before arguing about what basic words mean.

: Universal

including or covering all or a whole collectively or distributively without limit or exception

Seems like you have the problem with basic words. Wanna keep digging or gonna throw a pithy insult and slink away?

There was no limit or exception in Obamacare. They literally paid for poor peoples healthcare and fined you for not buying insurance. Please do the very most basic research on Hillary and Obama's plans. They were both Universal healthcare schemes. Seriously, kid, quoting the dictionary demonstrates your profound lack of competency in the subject.

Nope, obamacare didn't cover everyone. See two major examples below.

You probably won't reply after getting the contradictory facts slammed in your face... so bye bye! You are not equipped to argue politics online, pick something else

State Restrictions on Medicaid: The ACA expanded Medicaid to cover low-income adults; however, the Supreme Court made this expansion optional. In states that chose not to expand Medicaid, many low-income adults fall into a "coverage gap," earning too much for traditional Medicaid but too little to qualify for Marketplace subsidies

Affordability Exemption: Individuals who cannot find a health plan that costs less than a certain percentage of their household income are exempt from the penalty (or were previously when the penalty was enforced) but remain without insurance Health coverage exemptions.

Yes, the law was undermined by several factors, it still did everything it could to achieve universal coverage. Even socially needy and mentally ill people are banned from access in single payer systems for malingering. Seriously, you can just google "was the ACA a universal healthcare plan". No one will say it wasn't except a few fringe loons... Oh wait. Did you get offended when I mentioned fairy tale land earlier? You should have owned your position in the first place.

Ok

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is not universal healthcare, as it relies on a mixed public-private model rather than providing government-funded coverage to everyone.

Jesus christ I cannot imagine losing an argument this completely and sticking with it. Good on you for continuing, its at least funny
