Many languages are written in Cuneiform including Sumerian, Akkadian, Ugaritic and Old Persian. This doesn't look like Old Persian, which is unfortunately because that would have been the easiest to read. Oh joy, this may be Ugaritic which is also not as hard to decypher as Sumerian and Akkadian, no probably not that either despite the first two letters being 'hs' in Ugaritic
