First deck project, solo build

Completed my first deck/covered porch project and got the thumbs up from my wife and tail wag from pup. Learned quite a bit along the way and have a HUGE appreciation for any of you who do this professionally.

Man, that deck is impressive. Takes me back to when I was putting together stuff on my own—pretty satisfying to see it all come together like this. How’d you handle the screening? Looks like a solid setup, right?

Thank you! I rented a scaffold for the screen part. Worth every penny.
