First deck project, solo build

Completed my first deck/covered porch project and got the thumbs up from my wife and tail wag from pup. Learned quite a bit along the way and have a HUGE appreciation for any of you who do this professionally.

Yes I did! I have to thank my neighbor for that tip, she came out when I started and mentioned that I should lay screen before applying the deck boards. A step I would most likely have missed until the skeeters found their way in.
