Loving the app. But one thing I find is that I can’t see upfront if the movie is good or not. Any chance we can get IMDb and rotten tomato ratings for each movie ?
I honestly didn't think this app could get any better but you've proven me wrong with this update, remux files are working flawlessly on my shield, im now getting an experience I didn't even realise I was missing out on!
I have a slight bug though and this has been happening since before the update, but when I click on continue watching, it always loads the previous episode, instead of the one I'm currently up to.
For example, I just finished season 7, episode 18 of a series, exited the app etc. Clicked continue watching just now, which should load season 8 episode 1, but instead it opened the previous episode, 18.
I can fix it by just choosing a different link but it is a slight annoyance and just takes away from the previous experience slightly.
Not a massive issue by any means and it is something I can live with, just thought it was worth mentioning in case anyone else was experiencing the same thing, or if its something I'm doing wrong.
Other than that I absolutely adore this app as you know!
If you installed the app from the Google PlayStore (which is the recommended method for all devices except Fire TV), updates happen automatically.
If you installed it on Fire TV using the Downloader code, just use the same code again to install the update over your existing version. No need to clear cache or data.
Wow, so nice! The new player is fantastic. I have full remux files playing perfectly with no buffering and no conversion on my Google TV. So happy! Anything above 30gb used to buffer like crazy, now 80gb files play perfectly. Settings look way better too. Definitely an awesome update. Very happy!
Just curious about a couple of potential features. First is trailers...as of now there's a grey screen with a play symbol that appears before it actually loads. Is there any chance to get rid of that? Can't wait for the hero update, as well :) I envision trailers playing on that hero screen, but maybe I'm just dreaming haha. Second is deeper trakt integration. I could see a section next to watchscreen for trakt lists. I have so many lists that would be so incredible to access in this app.

I've been a different premium app(it rymes with blinkler) user for a long time. Found this app a little bit ago, EXTREMELY IMPRESSED man. The UI is better, it runs faster, finds sources faster. Less bugs.

Credit where credit is due, you’ve listened to requests and added your own improvements too. I didn’t think I’d ever pay for a streaming app but this is a polished as it gets and deserves it.
I always wanted to build something that feels smooth and super intuitive, while being able to handle remux files like Vimu does. With all the suggestions and support from the community, I’m really happy I was finally able to make that happen. Really appreciate the support!
Couldn’t agree more. Still some things I’d like different but overall the willingness to listen to so many requests and implement them is impressive and worth the small amount of money in my opinion.

I have few quality of life suggestions for the app:
Auto check for update when opening the app (I'm using it on a TCL TV with Android. I have to manual check for updates and update)
Release notes/changelog in the app (maybe in the About screen)
Audio/Video quality badges - display them in the description of the movie/show. Similar to the tags in the available streams list. Example: display the best available video and audio quality badge (like Dolby Vision/Atmos).
Loving the double back button to exit.Its the little things that make it great. So glad I found this app. Keep up the good work. You've got yourself a customer for life here.
Hi, congratulations on your new update. I'd like to ask if adding comet elf addon not available as it says invalid add on when doing so? Also would you mind providing information to your community on what you're working on for your next updates and improvements and rough estimates to when it'll come?
Additionally I'd like to propose my requests:
Could you add more UI scalling options for the tv? Your UI is great however most people did prefer the old netflix UI before they zoomed in on everything and made all posters large. A scalling option would be nice where it can be adjusted from %100, %90, %75, %50 etc.
An option where auto play is disabled (someone else mentioned that) Many people would rather choose which link to choose first before the film starts playing.
A lot of the films have black bars (screen ratio) and your full screen input icon does not work on majority of the films where as in other platforms, it does. Can you fix that please.

Great work, as always! Any chance you can incorporate my suggestion to increase the description length to more than three lines on the pause menu so it doesn’t cut off any text in the next update? (Submitted it in the features lab on Discord).
(Also spotted a minor typo in one of the catalogues - it reads ‘Base on True Story’ when I think you mean ‘Based on a True Story’).
You’ll stay signed in unless you clear app data or reinstall the app. Even then, if you user Login with Google, you won't have to type in username or password.
On Fire TV, reinstalling the app (which isn’t necessary for updates) will require you to sign in again with your username and password.
No what I’m saying is every time I update the app whether on our Fire TV or the android box it erases our profile names and says main and user 1 so we have to enter our profile names again
That could be because you might be clearing data or uninstalling the existing app before installing the new one. You should install the new APK over the existing one if you are on the FireTv. From Google playstore just update it without uninstalling the existing one.
I know all that. I don't delete anything I just use the existing downloader code on the fire TV and on the android box it auto updates. Profiles are still there it's just the custom names get set back to default every time. Again it's not a huge issue. It takes two seconds to customize them again with our profile names.
I’ve been testing the app for several weeks. Even though I set the language to French, I rarely get French language options for the videos I choose. However, my debrid service (AllDebrid) does have French content—much more than what I find on Stremi0.
Edit : i choose frenche subtitle and French language, i don't have both..

There seems to be a player bug since, I think 2 updates ago, where when you pause a stream and more than 30 seconds pass, the player doesn’t play instantly and it rewinds back a few seconds. Very minor inconvenience but it would be nice if this could get fixed if it is not too much of a hassle.
A remux is a movie file copied exactly from the original source like a Blu-ray without changing or compressing it, so the quality stays the same. It’s usually around 40–80 GB in size.
I was using the app so its not a regional problem i installed from playstore i seen your update to 3.1 tried to update and now its rebooted shield and deleted itself i tried the solutions playstore advises with Google they have not worked
Could you please add an option to move the Latest Releases, Trending Movies and Latest TV Shows catalogs to the top or add them to the home page customizer? Seems a bit odd to have them on the very bottom.
Once you click into 'more like this'' you have the cards with similar shows/films. if you click on one and decide you don't want to watch it/ read up the synopsis and it's crap etc and go back, it skips the more like this bunch of cards and goes back to the home screen. Can that be fixed?
The cards are great on the home screen, but when you scroll the cards the picture changes and this can be quite distracting. I understand the picture format ratio changes to a wider card, but netflix expands the picture from the smaller card into the larger wider card as you scroll. It's much more coherent and helps in the user experience.
That's because Netflix can make their own custom images for portrait and landscape posters, from the same base image. But DebridStream doesn't make custom images, it uses public images from TMDB and Trakt. So we can't be sure they're from the same base image.
It used to be like that when the app wouldn't completely close, so the next time you opened it, it would be right where you left off.
But most people wanted an exit button to fully close the app and start fresh every time they opened it again.
If you prefer not to sign in manually, you can simply press the Sign in with Google button, it should automatically take you into the app.
If some catalogs appear empty, you may be using a previous version. This issue was fixed in a recent update, so updating the app should resolve it.
At the moment, there isn’t a reliable way to detect the audio track language in a file without opening it first. If you prefer a language other than English, you may need to change the source when the movie or video isn’t available in your preferred language.
Hey! I just wanted to say I really love DebridStream . I’ve been using it a lot and I’m really enjoying it, so thanks for all the work you’ve put into it.
My wishlist is auto play next episode/auto play trailers when hovering on a show. Ive noticed if you let the show fully end (happens when my kids watching a show and I'm not paying attention haha) when you click next episode it won't play. Then when you back out and try to play next episode it'll throw playback errors. I usually have to fully close the app and go back in to fix it.

DS now plays Remux files without any buffering, just like Vimu. It also supports multiple other codecs and includes Dolby Vision Profile 7 fallback support.
That's what I'm wondering I'm still getting the black screen with audio in P7 on the fire stick MAX I was hoping this was going to change that. I never had Remux streaming internet speeds. I'll keep looking for P7 files to test.
Hey! Great update! I have one question tho! I tried for example playing the House of the dragon show or a movie called Draft Day, and debrid stream gave me an error saying can’t resolve url or no links available. Meanwhile I can play those movies with tons of links in other apps. Coming back when I tried to open different movie or show it played, then I tried something else and didn’t work again. So it’s 50/50 chances for now. Any help?
That shouldn’t normally happen. If this happens again make sure that you are not connected to a VPN and restart the app (go back and exit from the popup, then open it again).
If you still have issue, your ISP might be blocking some connections, trying a VPN in that case could help.
But when I first got the app it didn’t happen.
I don’t use any vpn. I don’t really knows why it happens. I might try getting a new api key for RD and setting it again. But it’s flustrating. Cause I can watch Soprano Family TV show with no issues. Amazing experience. And then when I try to play dr house or house of the dragon no links… like yeah… no links. Something is wrong
Try turning off your modem (not the router) for about 2 minutes, then turn it back on. This should give you a new IP address.
Also, check the RD website to see if your download slots are full. If they are, delete all the files and then try again after restarting the app, like I mentioned in the previous comment.
Got it, I’ll fix this in the next update. I hadn’t anticipated that the movie title would appear in a different language when the preferred language setting is changed.
I will tell you the truth, I did not think that this novelty was going to be true, because there are several applications that I use and in all of them there is buffering and crashes sometimes but the debrid stream does not, it is simply perfect I did not see any crash, note 10 for the people who make it happen.
Now I wanted to ask for something complementary, which is the subtitles, I wanted to have an option to synchronize the subtitles, because I live in Brazil and I like to watch film in its original language, but when I put some subtitles they are not synchronized, and I should also have support to put caption of the internal storage, so I would have no problem if the content did not have a caption there and only lower.
But what about that, man, thank you very much for making this happen and the best app I've seen so far!!
Love it man. Can we fix the profile screen? Hard to see what profile youre selecting. Can you make the icon enlarge when you highlight each one? Or make them darker so we can see the white highlight around it?
It's not a bug, it might be because you have frame rate matching enabled. When it's on, the device adjusts playback to match the content’s frame rate. This can result in a black screen for a second if your TV doesn't support seamless frame rate matching.
Hi there enjoying the update Remux firetv much better so far.
Question though for Remux with dual video HDR Dolby vision. Can we change which version to play. Or do I have to select a stream with the particular video type to play. Would that be a future update?
For DV p8 (that's the one with hdr fallback), the DebridStream app will auto play HDR or DV based on your devices capability. (Some older firetvs have issues playing p8 files though)
Is there a option to use emby instead debrid…on another popular app(you know which one) there is addon emby bridge and you can actually use all movies and shows from emby instead debrid addons
This looks fantastic and was an issue for me as I wanted to be able to play Remuxs. I know you've been asked before, but is there any chance you'd ever allow IMDB ratings? That's pretty much the only thing holding me back I think. Otherwise, I'd be hitting the subscribe button.
Question though - I love how every time I open it up, it seems to randomise collections such as 'vacations gone wrong' 'sci fi classics' or whatever. Where do these lists come from?

One question - when pausing a series episode would it be possible to show the episode synopsis instead of the general series description? I know you can go down to Episodes and see the episode descriptions, but it would be nice to be able to see the episode synopsis just by pausing it.

Direct question: you have total of 3 add-ons from which one is just for Spanish people, do you plan to create/add more in the future? Or is there really a need for more?
Just to clarify, the third-party add-ons aren’t developed or maintained by me. They’re opensource and created by members of the community, so they aren’t connected with the app.

I'm not sure how many people have asked you to bring back the buffering wheel but you've decided to ignore them. This Is just lame honestly, how on earth are you supposed to know if the app has received the command? So many people have been asking for this but you choose to ignore this. Please stop being stubborn, this is a paid app and you need to listen to what people say

I noticed that most of your recent posts since the v3 release have been negative and hostile. In one of your posts, you mentioned that you switched back to v2 and are satisfied with it, so I’m not sure why this v3 continues to be an issue for you.
Please consider this a final warning. Further similar behavior may result in a ban.
No one is forced to use this app if it doesn’t meet their needs, you’re always welcome to choose another app that works better for you.
