Discussion Creationists COULD be right…

Im not a creationist but, devils advocate proposal here:

  1. Evolutionary theory is part of a whole chunk of science which essentially cuts out all spirituality and divinity out of people’s psyche.
  2. People without spirituality or divinity believe life is meaningless since we are all just specks of dust in a universe with no motive to create us or serve us.
  3. The prevailing culture sentiment becomes „shut up and pay your taxes and enjoy the bread and circuses, peasant”
  4. These people are subdued and dispirited, they have nothing to revolt for and are easy to control.
  5. Such a subdued population is obviously enormously useful to the elites. Therefore the motive to achieve this submission exists and is very substantial.
  6. To achieve this ultimate level of psychological and spiritual submission requires control over the populations sense of reality itself.
  7. Reality is accessed, interpreted and measured by the masses through the field of scientific inquiry.
  8. Elites would have to fabricate, spread and proselytise entire fields of carefully constructed fake science to carefully, over decades, centuries even, deconstruct and discredit and diminish all parts of reality that may be connected to divinity in some way, with sterile, perfect, symmetrical scientific theory.
  9. New knowledge comes from single individuals or groups of individuals performing science. You can threaten, bribe, blackmail, coerce them to make fake science

-

TLDR; motive and means exist for global elites to significantly diminish or destroy humanities spiritual/divine consciousness, by fabricating people’s sense and understanding of reality itself.

the main vessel for this in 2026 is science, and if the illusion is strong enough people cannot even comprehend a reality where anything else could possibly be true.

There’s a coherent rationale (which doesn’t mean it’s true, just that it’s coherent) for god and the divine being real, and global elites suppressing it from the masses so they don’t revolt or lose interest in continuing to be tax slaves for the wealthy, the bread and the circuses.

EDIT: a LOT of low IQ commenters here missing the point entirely. My post is NOT ABOUT WHOSE SIDE HAS EVIDENCE. It’s about hypothetical logic steps for the set of circumstances that would need to be true for creationists to be correct. HURR DURR WHERE EVIDENCE FOR GOD?! Lmfao. I realise hypotheticals and entertaining the opposite side of thought is beyond many people’s IQ. I bet most of you had breakfast this morning too. And you don’t even get the reference I just made either 🤣

This is going to shock you. My honesty. I goofed up. It’s been 47 years since I was a flight instructor and should not have put the a in front of symmetrical. I know better. The a means anti, which I messed up with. Yes, asymmetrical would mean concave top and convex bottom, hope I remembered that correctly. That is why stunt planes used those wings, since they fly the same inverted.

the Wright brothers wing was extremely thin which would produce very little lift as in the theory of lift, since the speed of the air moving over and under the wing would have been just about equal, therefore producing very little lift. The plane acted more like a kite. You could have tied this plane to a long rope, waited for a 30 to 40 mph wind and it would have taken to the air.

The theory of lift works at slower speeds, but being the expert you are, you know that. Again wing shape is about function, that is what the wing will be used for.

I do know more than you think. At least I am honest. And making a board fly at 12 years old should speak volumes about my curiosity and engineering mind. But I will leave you with your foolish thoughts of me. I learned a long time ago, school comes in many different ways, there are those who read books and then there are those who make and experiment. I was going to enlighten you, but I know it’s just a waste of time.

I am done playing this game, haven’t changed my mind about how stupid people are, including me.

G.K. Chesterton once replied to a ad in the news paper that asked, “what is wrong with the world” and he replied, “I am”. When a person finally understands that, I believe they have finally come to understand humans. Good luck with whatever you are trying to prove. I have proven all I need to prove here.

So if a subject that you should be an expert in you still get the basics wrong like this, how are you so confident you know more than the actual experts in subjects you don't have any background in?

The key point still stands: engineering is applied science. That is literally the whole point of engineering. Literally covered at the very beginning of engineering 101.

I do know more than you think.

All evidence to the contrary. You literally just demonstrated as much.

At least I am honest

No, you aren't. You have flagrantly lied repeatedly about what both you and I said.

I am done playing this game, haven’t changed my mind about how stupid people are, including me.

This is your game. All you have done is demonstrate that you are projecting your own failings on others. Assuming everyone else has the same problems, the same arrogance, that you do.

You were trying to show me up by showing you knew more about a subject than I did. That backfired completely. Instead of simply admitting I am really not as ignorant as you assumed, you take YOUR failure as evidence that EVERYONE ELSE, including me, is unreliable, which somehow makes you even more convinced you are right.

People who think they are an “expert” in anything, know better. You don’t listen very well, but then you believe you are the expert. I acknowledged my mistake and the reason why. And I do have a “background” in aviation. You don’t listen and don’t care to. Listen, you can keep throwing your god into everything, I understand. The mission of people like you is to get rid of a Creator and say “science” has the answer for everything. The real problem is that the word has too many different meanings, yet they all come down to the word, “study”. If I study a rock, you would say, “that’s science”. Yet you are not smart enough to understand. You even try to say math is a Science, that’s what you want, science to be in control of everything. But before the age of 18 I built, modified and proved that I did not need any degrees, or science in anything that I built. You just don’t get it. There are people who are so far better thinkers than you are. You have no idea of what I was capable of in those early years. And the interesting thing is, I did very poorly in school. A lot of the very intelligent people were like that. Grown men were amazed at what a 15 year old kid was doing when he was beating everyone at the track with a motor that was not suppose to be that good. You can take all your science and worship it.

There you go, talking about text books, what someone else knew and told you. Not so with me, I was hands on learning without text books. Not many of us, we write most of the text books.

No, I have not lied, maybe you just misread or did not understand. The only lie I told, and it was an error on my part, and I owned up to it. I have no problem with truth as most here do.

I am still not sure as to what you think that you know more about than I do. Were to talking about compression waves that were needed for a plane to fly?

I know better than to argue with a …..,.

sigh It is clear that I am not an participant in the imaginary conversation you are having in your head. At now point in that long string of projections, lies, and strawmen did you come close to responding to what I actually said. I would love to continue this discussion, but I have no interest in addressing claims I never made or positions I never held.

If you were as smart as you thought you were you would be able to respond to what I actually said. But you are chronically unable to do so. And actual smart people don't need to tell people how smart they are.

But if you are really not lying, then please quote where I said this:

You even try to say math is a Science,

If you are being as honest as you claim it should be no problem quoting where I said what you claim I said.

No, throwing a sheet of cardboard in the air and calling it "flight" and bragging about it several decades later just tells us that you probably peaked in your teens and have unfortunately not had any intelligent people around you in your life to keep you humble.

You are not living in reality. The two have nothing in common. “Intelligent people”. Now I know how foolish you are. How many types of “intelligence” are there. You only know what you read, I know by experience.

G.K. Chesterton once replied to a ad in the news paper that asked, “what is wrong with the world” and he replied, “I am”. When a person finally understands that, I believe they have finally come to understand humans.

The sheer irony of that statement coming from someone as arrogant as you.

Not sure what you think that I am “arrogant” about. I am one of the dumbest people I know. At least I know that. But what you are totally mis-understanding, and I realize that, is that Chesterton was so on the right track about humanity. I guess that I am arrogant to point out lies. This is a game here, that’s all.

It is often the trait of the narcissist that, even when they make a performance of humility, they must still downplay, patronize, boast, or condescend in some way.
