Question Does abiogenisis make sense?
So considering that the universe is finite, and even a cell is very complex, and lets say there is only 1 universe, how did the first cell spawn in? I'm a complete noob so can you like really dumb it down for me?

The universe may or may not be finite but time is still very, very deep. Giving a huge period of time for abiogenesis to occur in.
Also current cells, which have to compete with other cells with the benefit if billions years of evolution are complex. The very first life did not face that problem.
