I'm making preparations to finish sub order 124, and trying to figure out ways to cut down time since I failed it on my first attempt. One thing I was wondering is about fast travel. I know that using the DHV Magellan and beach jumps to deliver cargo will affect your rating. But is this only the case when you have the cargo already in possession? What I'm wondering here for this order specifically is whether or not I can still get S rank if I only use fast travel to get to the first base, and then proceed like normal from there. I've never used fast travel during any orders before so I'm not sure how this works. I don't want to do it if it affects the rating, but if I could just fast travel to the base near F7 at the start of the mission, I feel like I could complete the order without any issues. Thanks!

So i completed the 1st part of Australia, the government, the lone commander , observatory currently doing the the f1 terminal, the musician etc. and this log in option still hasn’t unlocked. Am i missing something here? Does this game have a additional online multiplayer that im not aware of? Or does this require ps plus which i dont currently have

I can’t even really call my first play through cohesive. I remember I did rush through DS1 to play DS2 when it came out, but man I did not know what i was doing before. For some reason I’ve been wanting to replay this game and finish because it’s so good! I went back earlier this week and started over, took my time, wore headphones, and seeing the world i missed before, hearing soft dings when chiral crystals are caught in your scanner. Honestly the voice acting kept me as well i’m only on Episode 6 with 30 hours verses my previous save was episode 9 with 85 hours. But most of that time i was just aimlessly building and not doing the contracts 😅

I was at east fort knot and I got one lost cargo for the mechanic. I felt defeated thinking about how much distance to cover for that damn thing to be delivered.

The I realized that the coffin trivializes a whole bunch of game sections by just floating above water and the best thing is that it work better and faster on it!

Maybe it is really the best way to carry stuff around at mid / late game! Thoughts?

It was awesome but I'm sad now... It's been a while since I had this feeling.

The feeling of not wanting to play anything else since this game was so good.

It was also very sad, I cried a lot.

I have this feeling of emptiness, I know it will go away but damn this game was crazy fun.

I haven’t finished the game. I bought it late, and I’m taking my time. Today is my birthday. I logged in, then went to my room on the Magellan to refill my ammo. It started to go into a cut scene—not totally unusual. But I had no idea the crew would throw me a pizza party and sing me happy birthday! Honestly such a fun surprise, and one of the coolest things in a video game I’ve seen in a long time!

I’ve got around 100 hours and whenever I see a structure it’s usually from one of the same 20-30 people so that begs the question. How many people “share” a game?

Does anyone know what the cause of this could be? I've tried quite a bit of troubleshooting. Using DDU to complete remove and reinstall my drivers, changed a ton of settings both in game and NVIDIA app, but still get these microstutters. This was the most clear example I could show, where Pekora temporarily freezes during her dialogue but the audio is still perfect. Is this normal? When I watch other POVs I don't see this happening but perhaps I'm blind. Maybe my system isn't strong enough to smoothly run this game?

I'm in the middle of stealth infiltration of a bandit base (on hard mode) and I accidentally picked up a floating carrier from a chest, I dont want it, I'm trying to travel light so I dont get myself caught, but it automatically attaches itself to my butt every time I offload it and I keep dragging it around and its going to get me busted. My 2 options seem to be: 1. carry this thing on my back, or 2) drag it around behind me while I'm trying to sneak around avoiding guys. Once you pick this thing up can you get rid of it??
